Each caregiver selected for employee of the month is chosen based on how they have exceeded not only the client’s expectations of care, but also the family’s expectations of care provided.
The caregiver employee of the month for June is Jane. During her nearly 2 years at Wiser Home Care Services, she has proven to be a passionate, caring, and devoted caregiver. She is creative in encouraging her clients to be active and social. Her cheerful, upbeat attitude helps lift her client’s spirits. She helps them not only get their day started, but enriches the time she is with them throughout the day as well. Due to her constant vigilance, she was able to perform the Heimlich maneuver preventing her client from choking during meal time. We are all very grateful to have her at Wiser Home Care, and the family is exceedingly happy for a job well done.
