Each Caregiver selected for Employee of the Month is chosen based on how they have exceeded not only the client’s expectations of care but the family’s expectations of care provided.
Our Employee of the Month is Hellen.
Hellen has been with us for about three months now and was selected as Employee of the Month because not only has she exceeded the client’s expectations of care, but she has also surpassed the families expectations of care and become one of their own. Hellen is an amazing caregiver, always striving to ensure her clients are well taken care of. She keeps them active and her sweet-natured attitude, and compassion brings a smile to everyone’s face. Her clients and their families are extremely happy with her care for their loved ones. Hellen gives 110 percent every day. We at Wiser Home Care could not be more impressed with Hellen’s job performance. She is an extraordinary individual and we could not be more excited to have her as part of our team.
As January rang in for the new year we started a new season of giving. Still ever loyal to Wiser Cares cause to spread cheer, joy and an abundance of smiles, our local flower shops continue to bless us with their donations. Even in lean moments, they pull beautiful flowers together for our Flower Fridays. We are so very thankful for all the wonderful donations we receive from them to keep the smiles going.
Our Music Affects Program was an hootin’ good time! We got busy with cowboys, cacti’s, and durn good classic country music! Seniors participated in a small craft by making a 3d Cactus scene to help incorporate warm thoughts and feelings of the Wild Wild West. Later we played a bit of trivia on the old west centered around famous cowboys such as Billy the kid, Doc Holiday and many others. It was a treat for all.
